Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ledger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all versions and platforms of Ledger, including the web app, Progressive Web App (PWA), and any future mobile releases distributed by PawStrike.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ledger. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

PawStrike grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ledger solely for your personal, non-commercial financial management purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Use the App to build a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the App

This license is automatically revoked if you violate any provision of this EULA.

Guest Mode: You may use the full core functionality of Ledger without creating an account. In Guest Mode, all data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to PawStrike's servers.

Signed-In Mode: You may optionally sign in using your Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. By signing in, you authorize PawStrike to create an account associated with your Google identity and to sync your data to PawStrike's cloud database.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and session used to access your Ledger account. PawStrike is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You may sign out at any time to stop cloud sync. Account deletion is available from the Profile page and permanently removes all associated cloud data.

You may use Ledger to:

• Track your personal income, expenses, debts, and budgets
• Set up recurring transactions for regular financial entries
• Analyze your spending habits through the built-in analytics tools
• Export your own data in CSV, TXT, or Excel format for personal record-keeping
• Use the app across multiple personal devices when signed in
• Share feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions with PawStrike

You may not use Ledger to:

• Track financial data on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
• Conduct any unlawful financial activities, tax evasion, or money laundering
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PawStrike's infrastructure or other users' data
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive technology into the App or its services
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App beyond your own records
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App without PawStrike's written consent
• Impersonate PawStrike, another user, or any other entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Data Ownership: You own all financial data you input into Ledger. PawStrike does not claim ownership of your personal financial records.

Data Processing: When you use cloud sync (Signed-In Mode), your data is stored in and processed by PawStrike's Appwrite-powered cloud database. PawStrike acts as the data controller in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to provide you with the cloud sync service.

Data Security: PawStrike implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Document-level security ensures your data is isolated from other users.

Service Availability: PawStrike strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to cloud sync services. The App remains fully functional offline in Guest Mode regardless of cloud service status.

Data Portability: You may export all your data at any time from the Profile page. Upon account deletion, all cloud data is permanently removed from PawStrike's servers within 30 days.

Free Tier: Core features — including transaction tracking, budgeting, analytics, and data export — are available at no cost in Guest Mode and basic Signed-In Mode.

Premium Tier: Certain advanced features may require a paid subscription ("Ledger Premium"). Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are detailed on the Pricing page within the App.

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. PawStrike reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid tier after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

PawStrike may modify, add, or remove features from any tier at any time. Material reductions to a paid tier's features will be communicated before taking effect.

Ledger, the Ledger name, the PawStrike name, logos, mascot, and all associated visual design, code, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of PawStrike. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only the limited usage license described in the "License Grant" section.

User-generated content (your financial data, custom categories, and notes) remains entirely your own. By using cloud sync, you grant PawStrike a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Not Financial Advice: Ledger is a personal record-keeping tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your finances.

As-Is Basis: The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

PawStrike does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.

PawStrike is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data you enter into the App. You are solely responsible for verifying your own records.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawStrike and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or financial records
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Damages resulting from financial decisions made based on App data
• Service interruptions or unauthorized access to your account
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in the App

In no event shall PawStrike's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to PawStrike in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account from the Profile page and uninstalling the App from all your devices. Deletion removes all cloud-stored data within 30 days.

By PawStrike: PawStrike may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate any provision of this EULA, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we cease operating the service.

Upon termination, the license granted to you is immediately revoked. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

PawStrike may revise this EULA from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by posting an in-app notice.

Your continued use of Ledger after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA or your use of Ledger shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved locally, that jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws will apply.
